Artist; Alexis Joli
Hello, I am Alexis Joli; an artist who loves to express herself boldly in art and fashion. I primarily create individualised paintings including identity focused or religious prints and paintings in watercolour and acrylic. These are targeted for people who want to look at art and be relaxed by it or ponder its concept and individuality, depending on your mood.
I also have grown fond of screenprinting and using it to print my own eccentric shirt designs and stunning, layered artworks.
I'm passionate about art and God, determined to bring my art to life and also bring art into lives wherever I can.
When I think about what prompted me to get into the business of creating ways to visually validate my eccentric thoughts, I think of a quote that has been with me since high school:

The watercolour artworks, apart from any specific commissions, focus on portraits, abstract art and some landscapes.
My screenprinting practice has grown rapidly over the last couple of years and has discovered that I enjoy printing on both paper and fabric. I create my own designs usually about things I'm passionate about and putting a quirky twist on them.
